Terms & Conditions
By securing my spot at A Femininity Care Mansion Retreat, I agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment:
- I understand that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure my spot at the retreat.
- I understand 75% of the total payment is due by June 27, 2025 and the final payment of the remaining balance is due by August 8, 2025.
- I understand if payments are not received by DUE DATE(S), my reservation and spot will be FORFEITED, and room will automatically be made available to other participants.
- All Payments (including deposit) are non-refundable, except in cases where acts of God occur, or if the Femininity Retreat is canceled by the retreat host.
2. Code of Conduct:
- I understand anything lost, stolen, or misplaced is not the responsibility of the retreat or mansion host.
- I agree to respect the retreat’s rules and guidelines of the mansion, including maintaining a positive and respectful environment of all attendees. This includes respecting the spiritual, emotional, and physical boundaries of others.
- Any behavior that disrupts the retreat environment or violates the values of the retreat may result in dismissal from the retreat without a refund.
3. Photography and Media Consent:
- I consent to the use of photographs or video recordings of myself taken during the retreat for promotional or informational purposes.
4. Liability Waiver:
- I understand that by participating in physical activities during retreat, including the use of stairs, I am participating at my own risk.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- I understand if I need to cancel my reservation, I will notify the the retreat host
By booking my reservation(s), I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these terms and conditions, and I am committed to participating fully in the retreat experience.
